A well-known Shariah scholar having professional skills in Shariah Advisory & Consultancy and highly educated in both Traditional and Conventional education. He completed his Shariah graduation (Shahadat ul Aalmiya) & Takhasus fil Ifta (Specialization in Islamic Jurisprudence & Law) from Jamia Darul Uloom Karachi.He also holds M.phil in Islamic studies, and PGD in Islamic banking & Finance.
Mufti Fawad Ali has a rich knowledge of Islamic banking & Finance as a Shariah Advisor of Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited and National University of Science & Technology (NUST) Islamabad. He also holds experience of Shariah compliance while working in leading Takaful companies like Pak-Qatar Family Takaful Ltd & Pak-Qatar General Takaful Ltd. He has the honor of being a faculty member of Jamia Abdullah Ibn-e-Umar Lahore, and Ihsan Academy Islamabad and executive member of HARC (Halal Awareness & Research Council) Karachi. He has issued more than 500 fatawas/Shariah verdicts on day to day Shariah affairs, Takaful, Islamic banking & Halal foods etc. Moreover Mufti Fawad has also conducted several trainings on, Management Development Programs, Islamic Insurance(Takaful), Islamic Banking, Provident Funds and Motivational Sessions.
