Lost & Found

In case the existing card is stolen/lost, got mutilated/destroyed or embossing name is printed wrong, replacement card can be issued through the issuing branch. Following process will be adopted in case of issuance of replacement card.

  • Customer will inform call center to Block existing card.
  • Customer will visit Branch and submit the replacement card request.
  • Head Office will send new card on customers branch address, and customer will receive his/her new card from their respective/parent branch.
  • Charges/fee will be applicable as per Schedule of Charges (SOC).
